Desolate, depleted and desecrated remains are yours today. Mass exodus of both humanity and heat brings things back to "normal" in this hamlet by the sea. Humidity remains high and temps start at 69F. Light SW winds waft salty breezes. Ocean waters have re-warmed and wetsuit options are being carefully considered. Traces from all operational swells are winding down but the windows of opportunity have not yet closed.
CHANNEL: Again we find uninhabited breakers in the early light that are being watched by fishermen and ridden by none. Helpful left leaning lurchers seem destined for mid-length madness as they just roll by and evaporate in the shallows. A few hours remain until the the tide peaks and does not allow for access.
PATCH: A steepened S swell now on the decay may still offer but not in the quantity or quality of yesterday. Tide filling in has some of the wrinkles smoothed out and 2 sliders are in for participation awards. These shallow waters are running extremely warm but have less irie vibrations this morning.
