Watching, waiting on this supremely luscious morning.  Sun saturated and 53F with a dose of high pressure landing this weekend.  Minor mixing of competitive swells has stalwarts in and on it with others taking the long view and re-plotting their course.  Gales do not currently blow but the vibe is unsteady with afternoon puffs of significance likely.  Dropping water levels and ebbing undulations make this proposition now or much later.

Pretty morning with unrelenting beauty and a fragile parking structure.  A cresting sun ignites the details and temp cracks the dial at 52F.  Winds have not made themselves known and only a careless whisper can be heard.  Diminishing water levels has the beach reaching maximum exposure but a decent and developing S swell aspires to formulate upon draining resources.  Currently canines roam and romp freely while others pull on suit + boot and unpack sleds.

Blindingly beautiful as sunshine dominates and illuminates the current landscape.  An oasis of sand pioneered by canine friends gives the most worthy use of the current beach. Moderate winds but with temptation to unleash a more directed fury has the few dedicated hastily donning neoprene in an effort to beat the inevitable.  Though swells are upon the Pacific, none feel the need to evolve into more than wave suggestions.

Ahhh the difference in perspective a day makes.  Irradiating beams from above already laying waste to a chill morning as we greet the weekend head on.  Time for new awareness of one's surroundings and the subtle impacts each movement creates.  A fledgling S swell merges with the stable NW in an attempt to generate stoke and harmony.  Low tide conditions lending no favors though winds do remain light while the vibes swing to the positive. Parking dissipates rapidly as the anticipatory crew populates the lineup.  Let every day be Earth Day humans.

CHANNEL: Pneumatic breakers driven forth by a hearty NW swell rear up upon the shallow sandbars leaving the swift to partake and the passive to bear witness.  Wide swaths of swell needing more water beneath are in the offering now though configuration is funky.  Shouldered lefts allow for entry and exit with deeper entrances leading to a hearty clamp-down.  Already drawing a migrating crew which will inflate in the coming hours.  
                                         



PATCH:  Always partial to S swells and feeling precursor efforts as a new long period pulse primes.  Less than optimal aquatic levels with bottomless low tide in play currently.  Rock and reef navigational courses will be on a drop in basis this morning with Incompletes given if dings are displayed.  A few forebearer rights have momentum for logs with diminished size and questionable shape.

Early activity as hunter seekers double down in an attempt mine stoke in the cool of the dawn.  Rising tide with negative light has benefited the vampire crew as large NW swell culminates today.  Winds remain cooperatively anesthetized and ocean surfaces take on a morning sheen as the sun crests the hills.  First returns show a temp of 47F that will soon be a distant memory as predictions boast 70F at best.  Customary creatures emerge during normal hours and pull fragile foam from roof and bed.  Endeavor without expectation and you may be pleasantly rewarded.
