Daily Surf Report - 8/1/2010

Welcome to August!
Coastal cloudiness and fog greets us again this morning. Temps are mild and wind is lightly onshore. The sun has been coming out by 1 pm with warmer afternoon temps and we expect the same today.

Surf in the Patch is knee to thigh high with surfers and SUPs out there. Everyone is catching waves just inside of the rock. The Groin and Channel have waves as well with the majority of surfers there. Surf is running in the thigh high range with rights and lefts and everyone is on longboards.

Tides:
Low - 9:38 am 1.8'
High - 4:30 pm 5.5'
Low - 11:08 pm 1.6'

We are now open daily from 9am - 6pm for our summer hours through October. Come out to rent if you need gear. We have a full selection of suits, boots, boards and SUPs to rent every day and are only 522 steps to the beach.

Come by the shop to view our new inventory of boards and wetsuits. If you are looking for a fish or longboard for summer we have a nice selection. Check out our new run of clothing from Ando & Friends, HippyTree, Carve and Singlefin.
