Daily Surf Report - 9/17/2010

We have partially sunny morning skies with fog that is burning off. The temps are mild and no wind. Yesterday was very warm and beautiful and I expect the same today.

Surf is on! The Patch is showing the start of the S swell from New Zealand. Waves are averaging waist high + with the better sets almost shoulder high. It is working outside, middle and inside as well. There are about 12 surfers out in longboards catching long rides.
The Channel still has rideable waves that are thigh high. There are lefts coming through and the Mali-Bo right is working as well. Seadrift has rights and lefts that are thigh high also. Both spots in town have surf today.

Just a reminder to pack your trash!!! PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT. Respect the Beach.

Tides:
High - 9:29 am 4.8'
Low - 2:21 pm 2.8'
High - 8:08 pm 5.5'
