Daily Surf Report - 8/18/2013

Inspirational crystal quote of the day:
"Your present circumstances don't determine where you go, only where you start." -Nido Qubein

Its a sweet and sour day inn town. Sweet people, a sweet morning and sweet feelings are sadly accompanied but some sour skies and sour seas. The wind gods must have taken some Viagra last night as there is a not so flaccid south wind smacking everything around. Surf is bumpy and barely breaking and the air temp is at 57*F.

CHANNEL:  Seeing a small crew of paddle pushers and log rollers trying for everything but with little luck. Surf looks about knee to thigh high with a mild serving of white caps. Head out and make the best of this harsh day.

PATCH: The sheep are out to pasture and white caps are grazing through the whole rock patch today. No surfers out and an equal number of rideable waves. go for a bumpy paddle and be positive.
