Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"We think too much and feel too little." - Charlie Chaplin

Early clearing of coastal clouds though temp has dipped down to 48F to start the day.  Predicted sun and inland warmth on our minds as the weekend approaches.  Wide dip and low tide mornings continue and confound.  All initial efforts are not to be thwarted as gradient swells endure and stoke clings to life.  Fickle options under the low water conditions with afternoons holding more engagement.

CHANNEL:  Somewhat steep though not too deep with NW windswell trending down.  Just enough water to stimulate function and longboards forge ahead into the shallows.  Finless may be the way to go as depths are only measured in inches now.

PATCH:  A lone paddler skirts rocky outcroppings and sets sights on the far reaches of his mind.  A flat-water excursion awaits for now while tide resets and rises.  SW swell numbers check all the boxes to provoke antennas to rise.  Ready the log and free up your evening.
