Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“The unfed mind devours itself.” - Gore Vidal

The morning cool finds itself firmly wedged into one’s state of being as we greet a day with full sunshine. Feeling Fall in outward areas with temp down to 41F and leaves dropping while trees go bare. Parking is ample for those seeking a sample. The offerings may leave a slider’s heart and mind unsatisfied, as the regional fare is decidedly unseasoned. Little swell to spur massive activity and the water levels will dictate any available stoke.

CHANNEL: A solo sentinel sits astride foam and fiberglass and gazes upon the trawlers dotting the horizon. The dedication is admired though not unreasonable to question the decision. Those that stand tall and tote carbon fiber may fare better with the extra propulsive apparatus. Later hours may provide marginal angles on which to better attempt slides but the time is now for those that are here.

PATCH: A bit more along the lines of Kelping and Bouldering on the dropping tide as expectations don’t align with reality. The afternoon tide push will help until it doesn’t and the evening drain should fall after darkness prevails.
