Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"Everybody needs beauty as well as bread." - John Muir

Coastal clouds and fog now giving way to freshly minted sunshine and vitamin D.  Temps cooled off to 47F yet remain on the rise.  No winds at this moment in time and NE tendencies early.  Tide is on the drop to another negative in the mid morning.  A new amalgam of NW and steeper S swells still requires water levels above zero upon which to operate.  Early seekers may have scored, others must wait for later or work with what is available and attainable.

CHANNEL:  A pod sits in the Channel out on the deeper bar where depths may be procured and breakers per chance may break.  Angles of symmetry seem to be leading more to the right while sliders hope for the left.  As the tide retreats shift your focus to a new locus and re-assess your perspective.

PATCH:  Evacuating tide leaving rocks to fend for themselves.  When there was water, the S swell delivered a product that just enabled logs to get up to trimming speed.  Presently, in the absence of much need water, slimmer pickings exist for the indiscriminate.
