Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"Every living faith must have within itself the power of rejuvenation if it is to live." - Mahatma Gandhi

Seemingly settled morning with potential positivity around the next bend.  NW swell holds form while the S shifts and grows in period but not size.  Mid-day tides seek to thwart efforts at stoke with high water levels and meager swings.  Another day of clearing skies and light winds though temp drops to 45F.  A new high pressure system is on the march and will bring another dose of heat and winds this weekend.

CHANNEL:  Early tides yielding developing rides as the incoming tide push elicits inner Channel action.  Pulsating rights just off the Mali-Bo bar have enough water coverage and aspect to allow for new breakers.  A growing gaggle partakes in the red rising sun and re-connects with restorative energy.

PATCH:  The lone paddleboarder in the distance finds expanses of horizontal waters and unbroken surfaces.  A solemn totem signaling no surf today.
