Inspirational Quote of the Day:
”If you have knowledge, let others light their candles in it.” - Margaret Fuller

Soul sucking S winds chafe cheeks but doesn’t dampen spirits. Skies a tinted mixture with sun emerging from the clouds and temp a righteous 55F. Stoke seekers by the dozens responding to the siren’s call of the sea and seeking slides which are plentiful though ribbed with texture this fine morning. Open space for vehicles is a distant memory and solitary lineups a delusion. I guess I should have known by the way you parked your car sideways, it wouldn’t last…

CHANNEL: The crowds do gather as the sun breaks through on masses of foam and plastic. Those riding from the prone bob and weave and snake around an obstacle course of closing breakers. Consistently inconsistent but not without the measured rejoicing as swells with westerly tendencies are still activated. Tidal levels are positive and productive. If the wind slacks off, a revisit of last night may well be in order.

PATCH: A shifting stillness beckons. A hungry gulls dives towards limited motion in steadfast search of the morning meal. Breakers of opportunity are strewn about the quarter with less rhyme and little reason.
