Crunchy warm sand under bare feet breaks the silence of the oceans calm. Planted in stillness and taking a moment to let it all in.
CHANNEL: Buoy readings of NW and SW swell, though not materializing in reality. Mid-tide is the right side, though no push coming through Channel proper. Waves slowly rolling in shin height with two morning prone paddlers trying hard and missing the beat even though the sleds are long. Happy hour might return this afternoon, for now enjoy the sun.
