Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"Failure is not fatal, but failure to change might be." - John Wooden

Slippery slopes with rain beginning at a drizzle and starting to pick up S winds over time.  Real time mega WNW swell fully involved over the next few days.  Damp, dark, slate skies with temp of 53F.  Plenty of investigative looks at the beach with tide and wind growing by the hour.  Many masses of water moving mostly unexpectedly about.  Hunt and seek to salvage a session and remember caution before exuberance as the motto of the day.

CHANNEL:  More rain and a new game as the XL swell sets new standards.  Shifty peaks of size and force strike randomly along the sea floor corridor.  Winds remain SW though light at the early hour so a measure of smoothness can be found.  More height than length with size approaching shoulder + on the drop and flop.  It can be challenged and managed if determined worthy.

PATCH:  On the surface, by the waves thou shalt be tossed from side to side.  Go down into the depths, and with the current calmly glide.
