Running warriors gathered from near and far to set out on a huge adventure as no parking signs and volunteer flaggers are stationed up and down the hill for the annual Dip Sea Race. Practice patience and cheer along as you make the slow journey to where the land meets the sea. Upon arrival, conversations and debates of sled size to maximize rides and slides can be heard with anticipation. Longer is always better.
CHANNEL: WNW swell arrived and is ready to lead the conga line through Channel Proper. Knee to thigh on the sets as the sun's warmth penetrates neoprene riders to shore. Get in line, practice your dance moves in your mind and go when it's your turn. There's plenty to go around for everyone.
PATCH: Follow Beth, for she has the secret sauce for the best guacamole in town. Fresh and green with all the spicy fixings. The best side dish to bring to the party. Reach in to take a bite and remember to bend your knees to the right; your thighs will thank you.
