Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"Do something wonderful, people may imitate it." -Albert Schweitzer

Fading swells from all directions coupled with a side of Westerly winds are on the menu this morning.  Mixed atmosphere showing signs of overcast, fog and patches of blue sky and an engaging temp of 54F.  Tides still heading low and reaching below sea level  have things shut down at the moment.  The cupboards are currently bare of essential ingredients to make this morning's fare palatable.  Find a positive place upon which to practice mindfulness then return to the beach to find a more suitable alignment of nature's vectors.

CHANNEL:   Today has no water upon which waves can break or boards can be paddled.  Dog walkers dominate the sand expanses and pups of all varieties are sharing much stoke and camaraderie.  What is showing in the ocean is textured by winds and ankle high with regularity.  I can only offer you solace and prayer for the Channel at this moment.  Tide change and fill in will take hours so use the time wisely to make a positive impact elsewhere this morning.

PATCH:  Jousters well outside seem to be fighting a mighty paddle battle amongst themselves and the elements.  Much furious splashing and thrashing has been observed and a few S swell sputters of waves as well.  Very low tide making things overall a maelstrom  of exposed rocks and less than small waves.  The inside Snags section still delivering knee high + rights that will break over sand and offer a surfing experience today.  Small but holding form with short rides that are better than no slides at all.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"There are no secrets that time does not reveal." - Jean Racine

Early morning goodness as sunshine is rampant and winds are just a memory.  Chipper at 53F but expect warmth to be the norm and push the upper coastal limits.  Still S swell remainders showing and a fairly solid NW windswell to provide you with the impetus to slide.  Timing and alignment are the key to success in both life and finding shapes to ride upon today.  Water levels are the current issue upon the table.  Breezes may come into play as the day progresses.

CHANNEL:   Though a stalwart crew has just emerged from this area we gaze upon much of nothing as the clock may have struck twelve and the dash home is in effect.  Nonetheless there are a nary few knee high lefts masquerading as waves just off the Groin bar that have enticed and new crop of surfers to attempt.  Determined efforts are being made to find a Golden Ticket.  Reality states there is just not enough water as current tidal level remain below zero.  Ankle slappers and shin whappers materialize at the boat ramp but power levels need recharging before making this a good call.

PATCH:  Though waves can be found in this region the battle will likely be won by the exposed rocks and negative tide.  S swell still pulsing out last gasps of energy before retiring for the day.  Outside peaks pop and froth with thigh high levels of foam indignities.  The inside calm will be broken by reformatting the undulations into glassy rollers that lack size and power yet still seem to have the fortitude to propel the longest of logs forward at cruise-matic speeds.   Hours must pass before aquatic levels reach optimum so now may be a time for quiet contemplation and inner soul searching.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"Dance is an art in space and time. The object of the dancer is to obliterate that." - Merce Cunningham

Just another day in paradise as the glow of early morning is making itself known. Though a determined chill is in the air currently, it will be forced out of town by the protestations of late Spring and temps near 70. The breezes act as a slider's foil this day, and a keen eye and proper alignment will be mandatory to find rides. The future is uncertain, and the end is always near. There is a mere sliver of power behind some shapes this morning, but the promises made by the recent swell have faded into the walls like those of a lover or of a candidate.

CHANNEL:   As we attempt to read the tea leaves and hope something will arrive from nothing, the real facts indicate that little will be on offer or loan today. Far too little water at present, though perhaps the inside bar might make someone smile with an incoming tide.  Overall push is lacking, and shapes hover in the ankle region currently, with little to celebrate or rejoice.

PATCH:  This is where things get interesting, though in a decidedly Lynchian manner, as a frothing and inconsistent mess is what first observation offers. Though there are moments of eerie calm, and they are lengthy, when shapes do appear, most show no signs for optimism. As the handful of the broken-hearted make attempts, and most of those promise only delusion and derision, then, and only then, does a log breakthrough the tumult and prove all previous thoughts null and void. It seems to be that kind of day. Just enough to make one suffer hours of indignities for mere moments of stoke. Oh, what those moments could be, however. A day made for a steel determination, mixed with a heavy dose of reality. Watch the charts, read the skies, and make a decision.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"No amount of mental prejudice can prevent the eye from passing a firm judgement on two patches of tone placed in immediate juxtaposition." - John Collier

The sun does shine down on what seems like the first clear morning in many moons, as the mercury is already ascending towards the mid-day high of 65 perfect degrees. A mere reminder of a breeze currently, as if a whisper, but a whisper that will begin to scream as the hours pass, so be mindful. Though there seemed much disappointment in the land yesterday, that somehow our forlorn break did not approach levels of epic and stoke rarely found, it appears that those with a more reasonable outlook are enjoying ample parking and big smiles. As always, make the most of all the resources available to you, as conditions are always malleable, and the only constant is change.

CHANNEL:   Only the lines of the fisherman's son are observed bobbing in the micro-shapes of ye olde channel this morn. Small whitecaps with little shape and even less push are in effect as of now. A small plate of offerings may be delivered by the tidal push, but expect less than 5-star service and a red-faced Yelp review of the slides on the menu.

PATCH:  To start, let me be clear. The Patch is making a half-dozen sliders very happy this morning, as inside is providing lengthy rides and slides to all logs and eggs. That stated, do NOT expect overhead and photographers on the overlook. Solid conditions prevail currently, and should hold until the NW wind swell makes it's fury known by late afternoon. There are many who feel as though the bait-and-switch has been the prevailing paradigm over the last few days, and to a degree that's understandable. But know this, my friends, even the car with less cosmetic appeal can get you to places of stoke. Pack a PMA and make the most of it.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"I don't labor over my efforts. I want to get freedom in the line." - Ellsworth Kelly

As has been observed all weekend, a fine mist continues to fall and a dampness in currently on Occupy status in the village. Though morning temps hang at the temperate 50 degrees, do not expect much warmer condition than are found currently. The water  has a unique mix of offerings, as the first bits of the SSW and a wind-propelled NW continue to mix as though GrandMaster Flash was on the wheels of steel. Upon first observation, it appears as a veritable play-land, until closer analysis reveals low-tide mirages and a wealth of forms on every type of floatation device. There is reason to be in the water, or on the way, but be vigilant, and do not let one's excitement at the promise of the "incoming south" cloud one's judgement or mask one's true abilities.

CHANNEL:  In every direction one observes forms heading towards the shore, though on rollers of questionable quality. Far outside holds shape the longest, although with current low tide, it will require strong triceps and an unflappable constitution to arrive. Inside the bar shows form of much steeper angles than are customary, but they are immediately placed in a markdown bin for closeout pricing. Directly out from the ramp has legitimate potential as day moves on, and the entirety of the vectors will benefit from more water, until they don't.

PATCH:  It's a 2-hour "Rock-N-Jock" special this morning, brought to you with limited commercial interruptions by very low tide. More than two dozen sliders, loggers, and tribesman are on the lookout and poised to strike. A solid left is seen in the grey distance, and many are attempting to make due with smaller offerings closer to shore. Be aware of fin and foot if you choose to join them. Again, as morning becomes afternoon, conditions should remain solid, if not epic, and we practice a puzzling combination of furious study and rumor-mongering. Get here and get in, for today is now and slides are on tap.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life." - Omar Khayyam

A fine mist pervades the atmosphere and brings with it the mighty hordes of inspired surfers seeking the Holy Grail.  Temps are 53F and the sun hides behind to coastal overcast for now.  S winds make hats, flannels and beards a must today while also putting a bit of texture upon the water.  Tales and speculation abound as a new very long period S swell arrives and builds.  Still mixing sporadically with a modest NW windswell to create conditions requiring imagination and peaceful contemplation.  None of that will happen today as masses invade and all manner of watercraft and skill level is already on display.  Bo City Rockers in effect.  Find a wave.  Share a wave.  Rip a wave.  Slide a wave.  It is all happening in this moment.

CHANNEL:  Early morning low tide has the Groin bar minimally breaking with under knee high lefts with little juice or jolt to them.  Boat Ramp reelers peeling off at knee high or better but still lacking the morning punch to really wake things up.  Tide now filling in will start to gain momentum and offer up some Mali-Bo rights to consider as the daily fare.  Now just piecemeal poppers that are being mostly ignored by all but may have later day dimensions worth the price of admission.

PATCH:  Less than zero water to start the dark morning has toe busting rocks exposed as far as the eye can see.  Preliminary Patch Pulses starting to show at the deeper venues as the S swell arrives and flaunts.  Plenty of water moving around already and chunky at times but not too clean.  The outside bombs detonate then fizzle while the midway peaks have true turning potential once you navigate the flat sections.  Something for everyone today and everyone is here which should make for a fine amalgamation in general.  More water may cause this location to fire and if the winds go slack near EPIC conditions may arise.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"The larger the island of knowledge, the longer the shoreline of wonder." - Ralph W. Sockman

Inspiring morning full of anticipation, dread, wonder and excitement.  A pervasive fog has descended and is camped out in town but it is keeping the wind tamped down and allowing for a smoother ocean this morning.  Temp just at 55F and vitamin D may be lacking today.  Still finding just NW windswell working in conjunction with a lingering S as our main source of entertainment.  Prayers to Hanuman may soon be answered as new S swell of consequence begins to make its presence felt.

CHANNEL:  Low tidal conditions are cause for discussion and explanation as water levels bottom out and do not permit much wave activity.  Now on the comeback with the incoming push to fill gaps and crevices where once was just sand.  Stay tuned for micro-surf as the NW windswell plays a minor tune at this locale and delivers transcendent waves of thigh high persuasions.  The usual suspects are showing their assets with waves out in front and along the Groin bar as well.  More water will be beneficial here and likely increase the chances for positive results.

PATCH:  Low water levels keep most a bay but those with a keen third eye see beyond to obvious.  Here is where the new S will show best and really strut its stuff.  For now the horizon is dotted with hopeful slide seekers waiting for pulses which may come.  Inside the generational gap is cleaved with common denominators eliminating all differences and waves being ridden to the -nth degree.  Thigh high + rollers are the attendees inside at the Snags and trips to the nose and back are a regular cause for celebration.  Let the Jah Boil be your guide and provide you with a take off zone upon which to perch.  Long rides to be had if the gods above deem you worthy.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty." - Mahatma Gandhi

Crackling morning as anticipation over incoming MEGA swell looms.  Do not forsake what you have before you in hopes of a better tomorrow.  Light E winds have the temps perk perk perking up and already at 58F.  Full sunshine and clear skies with smooth ocean worth a look and a dip.  Low tide starting to push back and bring with it both water and a gentle push to get boards sliding forward and gliding effortlessly.  A fine plethora of watercraft have descended and all are welcome on this fine day.

CHANNEL:  Mid-period NW windswell doing its best to materialize surf today.  A few slide pieces upon which gazes are falling and riders should be riding are happening now both out in front of the boat ramp and along the way down the beach towards the Groin pole.  Slippery lefts that are glassy and beckoning with a siren's call.  Thigh high in earnest height and a bit more real estate upon which to work with the incoming tide.  Try Now.  No Wait.

PATCH:  I sense a touch of S swell on the crystal directional swell flux capacitor.  Transmogrified into surfable waves upon the Patch at this time.  Waist high during pulses and outside rides for the daring few up for the paddle.  Midway and inside rights have enough water to make for salty slides.  The jaded wait and watch on the seawall.  The seasoned suit up and paddle out.  The amateurs frolic amongst the two groups and calm reigns supreme.  Seize the moment and opportunity to ride waves this morning.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"If there is no struggle, there is no progress." - Frederik Douglass

Welcome awakenings as sun is out early and in fine form.  Effortlessly framing our Mother Ocean and basking her in a fine light.   A mid period NW windswell blends with light E winds to formulate undulating shapes worth further investigation and possible slide or rides.  As the tide fills so does one's hope and improvement may be found during the mid-day.

CHANNEL:  A dawn cracking crew on it and with positive results.  As the winds have died the ocean surface has smoothed but the zephyr energy has remained to create watery waves in the thigh high offering.  Growing incrementally as more water gets added to the mix, there are waves to be had and yardage to be covered.  Both in front of the boat ramp and in the Channel proper has revealed a path of enlightenment and entertainment this fine morning.

PATCH:  An empty playing field with little upon which to gaze yet still a wave upon which to ride.  As periodic rollers go unridden one can't help but wonder what others are not seeing and taking advantage of.  Although likely B-grade, today may not be a day to be overly choosy as the ocean bids you a welcoming invitation.  Size cracks in at knee high and frequency is low level.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:

"We cannot expect people to have respect for law and order until we teach respect to those we have entrusted to enforce those laws." -Hunter S. Thompson

A fine mix of mist and bright rays of sun are breaking forth as we greet another day. Though there is an increase in overall power in the froth this morning, shapes of notice are still few and far between.  Efforts are still being made, never fear, largely by those that carry the paddle currently. Keep the third eye aligned with the mid-day and stoke may be found. As has been the case, friends, the breezes are not your ally, and never turn your back on the sea.

CHANNEL:  Surprisingly vacant at first light, as the far outside is offering moderate size and form. The zephyrs are blowing the tops off the largest of these, so take heed. The waters still approach at this early hour, but seek  moments of contemplation until they begin to recede, then revisit your plan of attack. This will be the finest of the offerings today, but some discernment will be required.

PATCH:  Oh! Much splashing and a flurry of furious plastic, as the tribesman are deep and many this morn. Not a single logger is amongst them, and that very fact should speak volumes. Though some shape is observed, upon closer inspection they are of decidedly second-quality, and lack the desired power. Quasi-immediate closeouts. Lost our lease. Everything must go.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"The most historic word in all languages is Revolution."-Eugene V. Debs

The fog hangs low, as the temps hover in the mid-50's, and we stare into the abyss of the sea with longing. That gaze is largely returned with an icy stare of defiance, as the sea is only begrudgingly offering shapes for sliders. The tide is not on our side in the early hours, and the areas of opportunity lie in the later morning, but alas, the zephyrs will once again reign supreme as day rolls on, and the meager NW swell will do what she can to maintain.

CHANNEL:  A forlorn duo is on the inside of the marker, and making due with a consistent inconsistency. Shapes are all over the road, as if the hero in an early Irish novel, and slides range from mere moments to yards, though with time to reflect in-between. Watch for less tide to benefit those seekers and sliders, but temper expectations.

PATCH: Another morn and the patch sits alone, as too much of the the salty blue is making shapes difficult to spot. Not even our brethren with paddles are braving the vectors, as the sea offers even them no slides. Again, be watchful of the tides, and know that the wind is your foe today, my friends...

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:

"There is a shabby nobility in failing all by yourself."  - Jay McInerney

The early morning fog is merely a memory, and the mercury is already on the rise as we survey the very beginning of the week in the village. Nary a cloud is seen and the sun's beams feel like a renewal, or a promise. Only a small, but dedicated few brave the morning waters, as the weather may be ideal, but the conditions for sliding are less than. Overall, the rollers lack enough power to put smiles on faces and stoke in our hearts.

CHANNEL:  Far outside of the pole is the only action on tap this fine morn, even if it belongs largely to the tribe o' the paddle. A quiet right is being enjoyed for slides of moderate length, even as they cast a shadow only into one's knees. As the tide recedes, as may the opportunity in this locale.

PATCH: Water, water everywhere, and not a shape to slide. Such a rare sight to see our dear patch vacant of any sliders, but such is the case currently, as the morning high has dashed all hopes. As the day meanders by, the forms should begin to take shape, albeit in a temperate manner. The late afternoon promises an unwelcome combo of too little tide and too much wind, so if attempted slides are on your agenda today, you will need to keep a watchful eye on your surroundings.

"Where words fail, music speaks." - Hans Christian Andersen

Summer is sneaking up slowly but shows that it is on its way. Current temperature is 56F and growing with the rising sun. Not a cloud in the sky and plenty of beach for everybody. Tide will continue dropping until noon so get in there while there is still some water. Beautiful day to soak up the sun- bring your SPF.

CHANNEL:  Water coming out of the channel right now and continuing to shallow. Sloppy mush around the groin pole but some Sea Drifters can be seen from a distance. Out front looking like every body's best bet this morning, knee+ and not too shabby. Looks like fun. Longboards and remote controls living it up in the fresh morning water.

PATCH: Kayaks and SUPs seem to be the only ones who can find some luck out there as the tide drops. Rocks beginning to be exposed and water does not look ideal. Choppy and ankle high but could possibly get better with the incoming tide later in the afternoon.

"God gave us the gift of life; it is up to us to give ourselves the gift of living well." - Voltaire

Someday a real rain will come and wash all this scum off the streets, but not today as just an overnight sprinkling has occurred.  Now a persistent sun has broken through as we welcome a day of joy and celebration for favorite intern, EmmaGinger. Streets are drying under the unfolding warmth, temp in at 53F and some westerly winds blowing a bit sideshore at the present time.  Forlorn surfers keep your chins up as there is some swell on tap today with combo-ing NW and S swells determining the day's fate.  We have draining water levels as tides race to low but still enough to get your groove on now and later as well.  Play your cards with a steely nerve and find yourself some waves to slide.

CHANNEL:  The Groin bar is resurrecting itself and starting to show signs of returned life.  A few inconsistent, yet rideable lefts, will pop up when the NW angle is just right.  Size mystifies yet appears to find waist high as the norm here today.  Tide is heading low and exposing the sand so take care with the quick exits as the shallows loom.  Again the boat ramp left is the place to congregate as it continues to spout waves in unusual domains.  A bit of a mixed up and warbled shape but there are surfers on it now with rides of moderate length and waist high heights.

PATCH:  A bit choppy outside with paddle wielding kayaks and SUPs taking advantage of the poor conditions.  Inside towards the yet exposed Snags are smoother rights that emerge unscathed and roll shoreward with shape and form to allow for tip time or mellow cruising.  Size is a bit smaller but still just below waist high.   Soon the tide will deplete and force you to change destination but the afternoon incoming should recreate the masterpieces of history.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"How glorious a greeting the sun gives the mountains!" - John Muir

A welcoming and determined sun has fought through to shine early rays upon a day filled with hope and positivity.  Less wind and a morning temp of 52F brings an upwelling of emotion as the pre-weekend festivities get started.  The hearty NW swell has faded but is being replaced by a modest SW swell of long period.  Again, low water levels are a limiting factor this morning so consult you tide books and tea leaves for proper planning and preparation.  There will be waves worth riding today - the question is when?

CHANNEL:  The left in front of the boat ramp is holding court today with size restraints going upwards of thigh high and form and shape a bonus.  Longer rides are available and offered for longboards here today but act quickly as water levels continue to drain through the mid morning.  The Channel and Groin proper need more water and time to realize their true selves as currently sand islands are exposed and choppy ankle slappers abound.  The incoming tide push will generate the necessary flow and appropriate hordes as well.  Seek refuge and solace at Seadrift if you dare to take the journey.

PATCH:  The SW swell pulses are best felt out past the meeting rock which is being exposed more and more as the tide evaporates.  The current yield is short lived yet the middle section reformulates and configures the ocean energy into slideable rights that can be worked for distances far and wide.  Size levels out at just below waist high.  Soon the exposed rocks will win the battle and funnel the crowd into a confined space but for now it is an open field to work with - just on the smaller side of things wave wise.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"Space is an inspirational concept that allows you to dream big." - Peter Diamandis

Foggy times and SW winds making a concerted effort to thwart sliding activities this morning.  Though a determined sun is fighting through, temps remain chill at 45F. A proper NW swell is active with subliminal S swell activity lingering about.  The low water levels and moderate winds are keeping the lid on potential surf conditions currently.  Exposed sand and rocks give glimpses as to what lies beneath but what needs to roll over is lacking in most respects today.  The incoming tide gives hope for a brighter future and a keen eye on the horizon may just allow you to lay claim to the golden prize.

CHANNEL:  Only out in front of the boat ramp do we observe any peak worth pursuing.  Small lefts are breaking off in the shallows but are allowing for a drop / turn / run that quickly evaporates.  This wave has thigh high aspirations but seems settled in at the knee.  The Channel and Groin are lacking in water and therefore turned OFF for now.  A diabolical brew sampled by few.  Dimpled water surfaces from moderate winds has this area thinly populated this morning.  Afternoon has potential but approach with caution and optimism only.

PATCH:  Well outside past the meeting exposed meeting rock the ocean is yielding to the S swell pulses and delivering waves, for surfers, to ride.  Size is realized at waist high and distances traveled are less than ideal.  Distant hoots of satisfaction or bellows of frustration echo in the cliffs as rides and falls are observed and noted.  Much more water is needed to make this spot more palatable but for the hungry few there are waves worth contemplating.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"Technique is noticed most markedly in the case of those who have not mastered it." - Leon Trotsky

A determined fog remains encamped and gives no quarter, as winds remain light and from the NW. It is impossible to not be taken into  the mist as if entering a fugue state, or exiting from a dream. A trailing NW is circling a newly arrived S, but neither swell is dominating, making for uncertain seas and uncertainties. Though one observes flashes and dashes of brilliance, they are quickly overshadowed by chaos, rocks, and yards and yards of beach. An incoming tide looks to add some clarity, but this is a day that will be what you can make of it. No gifts will be given, only the steadfast and determined need apply.

CHANNEL:  As is now becoming the new normal, there is very little to report, as the groin pole sits on wet sand. Seagulls seeking breakfast are claiming the only slides here. Whitecaps and reality checks are listed on the marquee, so tread carefully.

PATCH:  Though a trio of sliders seeks redemption amongst the rocks and stones this morning, there is often none to be found. Inconsistent and swiftly irregular meet and greet to the far side of the rock, as even those with paddles in hand are being thrown hither and yon. Potential exists here, friends, but you will need the tactical wisdom of the samurai to find the stoke. Keep your eyes on the prize....

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"Life is and will remain an equation incapable of solution, but it contains certain knowable factors." - Nikola Tesla

Yet another morning of the misty morning hop as a dampness permeates the village. A casual wind makes it's way into town as if slowing at a yellow light. Though boards of the logjammer variety are spotted on vehicle roofs, that is where they shall remain as of now, as the sea provides no shelter for those in the tribe of slide. Though with a full heart and compassionate soul, one could seek solace in the later hours of the afternoon.

CHANNEL:  It is recommended that one averts one's gaze from this region, as what is visible brings only tears and grief. As can be the case, a lack of volume and push make another two or eight cups of strong, hot coffee the only sane alternative.

PATCH:  Silence. A quiet desperation. An unyielding thirst met only by futility. As the day grows longer, there should be reason to make one's way into the tumult, but it will require higher waters than at present. Look towards the post-luncheon portion of the afternoon to hold the most promise.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"There is a way to master silence, control it's curves, inhabit it's dark corners, and listen to the hiss of time outside." - Paul Bowles

A fine and persistent mist falls slowly as low cloud cover dominates the horizon in all directions, as we find a temperate 54 degrees and holding. The vibrations are, if not heavy, then mixed with a certain reluctant acceptance of what the immediate future holds. One is well advised to seek this lofty state in your own heart and mind, as today may not bring the finest opportunities to our stretch of sand and sea.

CHANNEL:  Slow and low, that is the tempo, as we desperately seek the love below. Low tide is doing no favors, and more water will not likely provide more stoke. The vectors bring only confusion as a mild cross wind seeks to damage what small whitecaps are found.

PATCH:  A forlorn quartet defies logic and all powers of observation and are holding court near the dome of the rock. There is little conversation and intense stares into the distance, with the intermittent short slide being had. As the tide meanders in throughout the morning and into the afternoon, this is the place to set up one's camp, but know that it will be a day with only mild results.

Inspirational Crystal Quote Of The Day:
"The future belongs to those who prepare for it today."- Malcom X

Low tide in effect as the morning starts off slowly. A misty morning fog lingers over our little town but temperatures feeling not too cold at 54F. NW swell working it's way through but not totally functioning until the water fills in. Sun expected later followed by warm temps. As for the water this morning looking shallow all the way around. Keep spirits high and expectations on an even keel.

CHANNEL:  Negative tides still upon us and will be for a while. Tides will push and pull throughout the day, so beware and know your strengths and weaknesses.  Currently almost knee high but will grow with help of prayers and crystal luck. Bar exposed near the Groin pole but that isn't stopping anybody. Fun mini rides collecting popularity. For best results, try wait for afternoon tidal push.

PATCH:  Occasional knee high here as well, some shrinking to nothing. Lots white water rushing through with no height or power. SUP territory as of now but should grow with the incoming tide. Lots or rock exposure perfect for seagull perching. Make friends because you might get lonely.
